Space Loot Quality Update: New 9-Tier System & Color Gradient

Overview
Space loot grading just got a massive overhaul! You will now see an incredibly precise quality assessment of your looted parts in a gorgeous new 9-tier scale. You will also finally see accurate grades for parts that have been Reverse Engineered!
Details
The new quality scale maps to the familiar MMORPG colors:
Flawless Quality [RE Cap] (Cyan)
Legendary Quality (Red)
Epic Quality [Keep] (Gold)
Exceptional Quality (Orange)
Great Quality (Purple)
Good Quality (Blue)
Decent Quality (Green)
Poor Quality (White)
Junk Quality [Sell] (Grey)
Reverse Engineered components are fully supported! Fully maxed stats using the RE bonus cap will naturally hit the Cyan Flawless marker!
